Avocado Soup & Coco Cacao Pudding




Abundantly garnished avocado soup, hovering over a bed of sea kelp noodles and a touch of nutritional yeast. Need I say more? Okay.. I will.. this soup for those who are wondering is served at the room temperature that the once whole avocado and its recipe companions were at. I'm learning more and more that eating raw foods is a process of 'preparing' rather than 'cooking'. Dessert, a coco cacao pudding garnished with sweet kiwi berries (yes the mini version of a kiwi) and snowy flakes of coconut. The fig was an in between snack..yum.
